Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, fruit juice, and a natural sweetener.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle in the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Add in the fruit juice and natural sweetener, mixing well.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Once firm, unmold and serve chilled.
