Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Start by placing your unflavored gelatin, fruit juice, and sweetener on a clean countertop.
  2. Mix the gelatin: In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with the fruit juice. Stir well to dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Add sweetener: Incorporate your chosen sweetener into the mixture, and stir until fully blended.
  4. Heat the mixture: Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Cool the mixture: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  6. Pour into molds: Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  7. Refrigerate: Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
