Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients in one place for a smoother process.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm 1 cup of water until it simmers.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin into the warm water and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in ½ cup of apple cider vinegar, adding the sweetener if desired.
  5. Stir in any additional flavorings and combine well.
  6. Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or a suitable dish carefully.
  7. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until the gelatin is set and firm.
