Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin powder, water, and chosen juice or flavoring.
  2. In a small bowl, pour 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of water over medium heat until steaming.
  4. Add fruit juice or sugar-free drink mix to the hot water and stir well. Remove from heat.
  5. Combine the bloomed gelatin mixture with the hot liquid, stirring until fully dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
