A simple and nutritious gelatin treat perfect for weight loss, providing a satisfying texture while helping curb cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional flavoring (sugar-free flavorings or natural fruit purees)
  • Optional sweetener (low-calorie sweetener like stevia or erythritol)
  • Optional acidic add-ins (lemon juice or citric acid)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle simmer over medium heat, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
  3. Once simmering, sprinkle the gelatin powder into the water, stirring constantly until fully dissolved (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and mix in optional flavorings or sweeteners, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or container, letting it cool to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Place the container in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut or scoop out your gelatin and enjoy it chilled, plain or with toppings like fresh fruits.

Notes

Avoid over flavoring and ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved for a smooth texture. Refrigerate properly to achieve the desired firmness.
