Canaan Honey Recipe

A simple honey-based mixture that serves as a morning tonic or light sweetener, promoting satiety and supporting weight-loss habits.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water (100 to 120°F)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water to about 100 to 120°F.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey to a mug.
  3. Pour the warm water over the honey and stir for 20 to 30 seconds until fully dissolved.
  4. Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  5. Optionally, stir in 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
  6. Let the drink rest for 30 to 60 seconds to cool, then sip slowly.
  7. Clean your mug promptly to avoid sticky residue.

Notes

Customize the recipe by adjusting the balance of honey, lemon, and spices to taste. Avoid using boiling water to preserve honey’s natural enzymes.
