Canaan Honey Trick

A soothing drink made from warm water and honey that may help control appetite and support a healthier routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tsp Raw honey
  • 8 oz Warm water
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • A pinch Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 8 ounces of water until it is warm to the wrist, about 100 to 110 F; do not use boiling water.
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until fully dissolved; increase to 2 teaspoons for more sweetness.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or a pinch of ground cinnamon, and stir to combine.
  4. If using apple cider vinegar, add 1/2 teaspoon and stir thoroughly.
  5. Allow the drink to cool slightly and sip slowly over 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Rinse your cup promptly after use and prepare fresh each time.

Notes

Best prepared fresh each time to preserve flavor. Adjust honey, lemon, or spices according to taste preferences.
