  • 1 cup (8 oz) water

Instructions

  1. Measure the chia seeds.
  2. Combine chia seeds with water in a glass or bottle.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture again to break up any clumps.
  5. Refrigerate if desired for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Flavor with lemon juice, honey, or fresh fruit if desired.
