  • 1 package Strawberry Gelatin Powder (sugar-free for fewer calories)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Fresh or Canned Strawberries (sliced)
  • Sweeteners (Optional): Honey or Agave

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients—gelatin powder, water, and strawberries, plus any sweeteners if desired.
  2. If using fresh strawberries, wash and slice them; if using canned, drain the syrup.
  3. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  4. Once boiling, remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the hot water, stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
  5. Fold in the fresh or canned strawberries into the gelatin mixture.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into dessert molds or a glass dish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin sets completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Can be prepared ahead of time up to 3 days in advance.
