  • 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, or broth)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather your gelatin, liquid of choice, sweetener, and any flavorings.
  2. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, take a portion of your cold liquid and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it swells.
  3. Heat the Remaining Liquid: In a saucepan, bring the rest of your liquid to a gentle simmer. Add your sweetener and stir until dissolved.
  4. Combine: Once the liquid is hot, add the bloomed gelatin mixture and stir until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Flavor It: Remove from heat and add any extracts or purees, stirring well.
  6. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into molds or a dish. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Enjoy: Once set, remove from molds and serve cold.
