A refreshing drink designed to support weight loss with collagen-rich gelatin.

  • 1 cup water
  • Optional flavorings (fruit juice, honey, herbs)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients—gelatin, water, and your chosen flavoring.
  2. Heat one cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Sprinkle one tablespoon of gelatin into the warm water, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Add any optional flavorings like fruit juice or honey, stirring well to combine.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a glass or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Stir again before consuming and enjoy your refreshing drink.

Notes

It’s best to consume the drink first thing in the morning for appetite control.
