  • 1 packet of gelatin powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
  • Honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: gelatin powder, water, fresh fruit, and any optional sweeteners.
  2. Prepare the fruit: Chop the fresh fruit into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin: In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle 1 packet of gelatin powder on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  4. Heat the mixture: Gently heat the bloomed gelatin on low heat until dissolved, stirring continuously.
  5. Add the fruit: Remove from heat and stir in the fresh fruit pieces or puree, and lemon juice if using.
  6. Sweeten (optional): Mix in honey or other sweetener until fully dissolved.
  7. Let it set: Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until firmly set. Enjoy chilled!
