Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients.
  2. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat the Juice: Gently heat fruit juice in a saucepan until warm (about 5 minutes).
  4. Combine: Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Add Fresh Fruits: Fold diced fresh fruits into the mixture.
  6. Chill: Pour into cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
