Dr. Oz Pink Gelatin Recipe for Weight Loss

  • 1 packet of sugar-free fruit-flavored drink mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3/4 to 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: 1 scoop whey or collagen protein
  • Optional: electrolytes or a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it into 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the bloomed gelatin with 3/4 to 1 cup of hot water until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the sugar-free drink mix and optional protein, stirring until smooth.
  4. Combine with the remaining cold water and a pinch of optional salt.
  5. Chill the mixture until set in the refrigerator for 1.5 to 3 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, either in bowls or glasses, optionally garnished with citrus zest or berries.
  7. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
