  • Flavoring (Optional: Extracts like vanilla or fruit zest)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mixture: In a small saucepan, mix 1 cup of water or juice with 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  2. Heat gently: Over low heat, stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved—about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sweetener and flavoring: Stir in any sweeteners or flavoring you decide to use, whisking until fully mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  5. Chill: Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 2-4 hours until fully set.
  6. Unmold and enjoy: Once set, pop the gelatin sequins out of the molds.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
