A refreshing low-calorie dessert combining natural fruit juices and gelatin, perfect for weight loss.

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)
  • Chopped fresh fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather your favorite fruit juice, gelatin, and sweetener. Ensure you have fresh fruit if you plan to use it.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Heat the Juice: In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of fruit juice over medium heat until warm (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Mix Gelatin with Juice: Remove from heat and add the bloomed gelatin and sweetener. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Add Fresh Fruits: If using, gently fold in chopped fresh fruits.
  6. Pour into Molds: Divide the mixture into molds or a glass dish. Let it cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Chill: Transfer to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2-4 hours until firm and jiggly.

Notes

Consume as a mid-afternoon snack or dessert. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
