  • 1 cup water or herbal tea
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Honey or stevia (to taste)
  • Ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients.
  2. Heat the Base: Heat the water or tea until warm, approximately 140°F (60°C).
  3. Dissolve the Gelatin: Stir in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add Lemon Juice and Sweetener: Mix in lemon juice and sweetener, stirring for another minute.
  5. Incorporate Ginger (If Using): Add grated ginger if desired.
  6. Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until thickened.
  7. Enjoy!: Serve chilled, garnished with mint or ice if desired.
