Instructions

  1. Prepare the equipment: Gather a bowl, whisk, and a mold or serving dish. Ensure everything is clean and ready to use.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: In a medium bowl, pour in 1 cup of boiling water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder over it. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the flavoring: Mix in 1 cup of fruit juice or puree, stirring well to combine. Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired.
  4. Cool the mixture: Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding any fresh fruit.
  5. Incorporate fresh fruit: Fold in chopped fruits like strawberries or blueberries if desired.
  6. Set the dessert: Pour the mixture into your mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
