Gelatin Drink or Jelly Cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup fruit juice or herbal tea (low-sugar)
  • 1 cup water
  • Sweetener (optional; honey, stevia, or sugar)

Instructions

  1. Gather all required ingredients.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until steaming (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder and pour the hot water over it, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 cup of your chosen fruit juice or herbal tea and mix until blended.
  5. If desired, sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener.
  6. Pour the mixture into small cups or molds, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds or serve in cups and enjoy.
