Gelatin Mounjaro

A low-calorie, customizable gelatin-based snack that can help curb cravings and promote a feeling of fullness.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons plain gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water (hot for dissolving, cold for setting)
  • 1 cup sugar-free juice or natural sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Fresh lemon or lime zest (optional)
  • Collagen powder (optional)
  • Small fruit pieces or herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the liquid by heating 1 cup of water to near boiling, then remove from heat.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the hot water and let it bloom for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  4. Add flavorings and optional ingredients, mixing until uniform.
  5. Pour into molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours until set.
  7. Serve cool; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy release. Add fresh fruit just before serving to maintain texture.
