Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Dissolve gelatin by mixing 2 tablespoons with ½ cup cold fruit juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 cup of fruit juice over low heat for 3-5 minutes until warm.
  4. Combine the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm fruit juice, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Add honey or agave syrup if desired, ensuring it dissolves completely.
  6. Remove from heat and cool before pouring into molds or a dish. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Once chilled, slice into cubes or serve in bowls.
