Gelatin Weight Loss Recipe

A simple and delicious gelatin treat to support weight loss by controlling appetite and providing a satisfying texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened fruit juice
  • Optional sweetener (honey or stevia)
  • Chopped fruits (berries or mango)
  • Flavor extracts (like vanilla or almond)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, add fruit juice and stir until warm.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin to the warm juice, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Add any desired sweeteners or flavor extracts and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish, adding chopped fruits if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds or cut into squares to serve.

Notes

For a fizzy treat, substitute soda water or flavored seltzers for fruit juice. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
