A refreshing drink designed to support weight loss by stabilizing blood sugar levels, made with simple ingredients like green tea, ginger, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green tea bags
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot until boiling.
  3. Add the green tea bags to the boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cinnamon and ginger, infusing for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and sweetener, adjusting to taste.
  6. Strain into a mug and enjoy warm.
  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days, reheating before consuming.

Notes
