Ice and Gelatin for Weight Loss

A refreshing and guilt-free treat combining ice and gelatin, perfect for aiding weight loss and curbing cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice or herbal tea (for flavoring)
  • 12 tablespoons plain gelatin
  • 23 tablespoons cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your flavoring by heating the juice or herbal tea until just boiling.
  2. In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for a couple of minutes.
  3. Slowly pour the hot liquid into the gelatin mix, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly before pouring it into ice cube trays.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely set.
  6. Pop the gelatin ice cubes from the trays and enjoy as a refreshing snack!

Notes

For better weight loss, consume a few cubes 30 minutes before meals to help curb appetite.
