Jello Weight Loss Recipe

A refreshing and low-calorie treat designed to support your weight loss journey, combining gelatin with flavored liquids and fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water (or low-cal flavored drink)
  • Fresh or frozen fruits (berries or citrus recommended)
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, water or flavored drink, and your choice of fruits.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. If using a flavored drink, pour in 2 cups of that liquid instead of water after gelatin is dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding any fruit.
  4. Stir in your fresh or frozen fruits.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until completely set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares or scoop it out and enjoy your fruity treat!
