Kelly Clarkson Jello Recipe

A simple three-ingredient gelatine dessert that helps curb appetite and reduce snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of flavored gelatin mix (sugar-free or low-sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup of cold water or light juice
  • Optional: fresh berries or sliced citrus (for garnish)
  • Optional: a small scoop of plain protein powder

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the unflavored gelatin by sprinkling it over 1/4 cup of cold water in a small bowl and letting it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Heat the remaining 3/4 cup of water until steaming but not boiling, then stir in the flavored gelatin mix.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Cool slightly, then add any optional extras like protein powder or delicate fruits.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a shallow container and refrigerate uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours until firm.
  6. Portion and serve chilled, using a spoon or cookie cutter for fun shapes.

Notes

Store any leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. Adjust sweetness and flavorings to personal preference.
