Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Assemble your milk, gelatin, sweetener, and flavors.
  2. Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over low to medium heat until steaming but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it swells.
  4. Combine: Remove the milk from heat, stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved, and mix in sweeteners and flavorings.
  5. Pour and Cool: Transfer the mixture into serving cups or a mold, let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Serve: Once set, gently loosen the edges and turn out onto a plate if using a mold. Enjoy chilled.
  7. Store: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
