Mounjaro Gelatin Recipe

A refreshing and light gelatin dessert that supports weight loss and digestion with the benefits of gelatin and delicious fruit flavors.

  • 1 packet Gelatin Powder
  • 2 cups Fruit Juice (Natural, Sugar-Free)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Low-Calorie Sweetener (Optional)
  • Fresh Fruit (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until it just begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle the gelatin powder over hot water, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot gelatin mixture with 2 cups of fruit juice and stir well.
  5. Add a sweetener to taste if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups, optionally adding fresh fruit pieces.
  7. Chill at room temperature for 10 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2-4 hours until set.

Notes

Can be customized with various fruit juices or sweeteners. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
