A refreshing, low-calorie drink made from flavored gelatin and cold water, perfect for managing cravings and supporting weight loss goals.

  • 1 packet flavored gelatin powder (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup optional protein powder or unflavored gelatin/collagen powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • Natural sweetener (e.g., stevia or honey, optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure the gelatin powder and water.
  2. Heat a small amount of water; bring 1/4 cup of water to a gentle boil.
  3. Add hot water to bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water or sparkling water, and any optional ingredients.
  5. Sweeten and adjust acidity to taste.
  6. Chill for 30 to 60 minutes until set.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
