Pink Gelatin Trick Recipe

A simple, low-calorie gelatin snack that helps curb cravings and adds volume to meals.

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons flavored drink mix or powdered fruit drink
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 to 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon optional lemon juice or a few berries
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 1/4 cup cold water and letting it sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the boiling water and pour it over the bloomed gelatin.
  3. Stir in the flavored drink mix until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 3/4 cup cold water and optional ingredients like lemon juice or mashed berries.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and refrigerate for 1.5 to 3 hours until set.
  6. Serve by cutting into squares or scooping into bowls.
  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
