  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberry puree by blending fresh strawberries until smooth (1-2 minutes).
  2. In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of strawberry puree with 1¼ cups of water and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup; let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder into the mixture while stirring continuously until dissolved (3-4 minutes).
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the gelatin to set.
  7. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
