Strawberry Gelatin Pie

A cool, refreshing no-bake dessert filled with sweet and tangy strawberries set in silky gelatin, perfect for warm weather.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • ½ to ¾ cup sugar or sweetener
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull strawberries, then slice them in half or quarters and set aside.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water and combine it with the gelatin in a mixing bowl, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Add sugar or sweetener to the gelatin mixture, adjusting to taste.
  4. Fold in the prepared strawberries until evenly coated with gelatin.
  5. Prepare the graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Pour the gelatin mixture into the crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  7. Slice and serve, optionally adding whipped cream or yogurt.
