Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin (or Agar-Agar)
  • 2 cups Water (or Broth)
  • Sweetener (optional): Sugar, honey, or stevia
  • Flavoring (optional): Vanilla, lemon juice, or herbs

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and utensils.
  2. Pour 2 cups of water (or broth) into your pot and heat on medium until warm (about 5 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the warm liquid, whisking to incorporate fully for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chosen sweeteners and flavorings, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds for cubes or a cup for a drink.
  6. Let sit at room temperature until cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours for cubes. Enjoy the warm drink immediately.
