Weight Loss Coffee Trick

A simple morning beverage hack that blends coffee with low-calorie add-ins to reduce appetite and support a calorie-controlled routine.

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed black coffee (6 to 8 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon collagen or gelatin powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: liquid stevia or 1/4 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Brew 6 to 8 ounces of coffee and pour it into a heatproof mug.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or coconut oil to the hot coffee and stir.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of collagen or gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  4. Sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon and add sweetener if desired.
  5. Let it cool for 30 to 60 seconds, then sip slowly.
  6. Optional: Blend for 5 to 10 seconds for a creamier texture.

Notes

Use fresh, hot coffee to easily dissolve ingredients. Keep a whisk or small frother on hand for best results.
